Things to check

US recall 21V-110: on 2021-2022 cars the battery control module can reset and switch off the high-voltage system (loss of drive power). Software fix. Check the VIN. api.nhtsa.gov
The Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) microprocessor may reset and cause the high voltage system to disconnect.
UK recalls R/2020/279 and R/2021/061: early cars (built December 2019 to February 2021) need a software update because the high-voltage system can switch off while driving. check-vehicle-recalls.service.gov.uk
